- Log into the Customer Portal. You need to be registered to log in. To register:
- Go to the sign-up page
- Enter the email address you'd like to use to raise requests under "E-Mail". This will also be your user name.
- Enter your chosen password under "Passwort".
- Check "Passwort anzeigen" (display password) if you'd like to check the password you entered.
- Enter your first and last name under "Vollständiger Name".
- Confirm with "Registrieren".
- To proceed, log in.
- Click the user icon at the top right.
- Click on "Profil".
- Click on "Bearbeiten" next to "Profil".
- Under "Sprache" choose one of the English options.
- Click "Speichern" to save your settings.
